Fusionchef Diamond Series Immersion Circulator with Tank provides a unique device that allows the modern cooking technique of Sous Vide. The Diamond features a hygienic stainless steel exterior for durability and the extra bright display offers a user-friendly design for your kitchen. The temperature stability of ±0.02°F in cooking vessels up to 15.3 gallons (58 liters) allows superior control over the heating system to ensure precise results. The integrated safety protection grid prevents any vacuum pouches from touching the heating coil, pump, and float while the strong circulator pump expedites heat-up times and ensures even heat distribution. This unit also features a vapor barrier protection, a low water level warning, and splash protection to ensure safe operation.
In addition to the standard functions of the Pearl Series, the Diamond features innovative functions like the pre-programmed memory keys for meat, fish, and vegetables. Also unique to this model is the HACCP data logging and calibration functions that are used in conjunction with the core temperature sensor to offer complete control and monitoring over your food. The Easy fusionchef software gives you the ability to control, visualize, and log HACCP relevant data for up to 24 Diamond units simultaneously to streamline your commercial kitchen. Three independent timers offer even further control and presence monitoring to keep control over your food, even when things get hectic.
The complete water bath kits provide an all-in-one Sous Vide package that includes the high quality Diamond Series immersion circulator with a stainless steel bath tank. The stainless steel tanks feature durable handles, a bath lid, and drain tap for easy use while the insulated walls keep consistent temperatures for your cooking system. The various tank volumes allow the perfect size for any kitchen setup - from compact to extra large, there are plenty of size options.
