Returns Policy

 

We do our best to offer you high quality products at great prices.  All products are guaranteed to be as advertised and depicted on the website, to be free from defects, and to perform the function(s) they are designed for.  We are confident the quality of our products will meet, if not exceed, your expectations.

 

Should you need to return an item, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order.  It must be returned to us within 30 days.  To arrange a return, please call us at (954)525-0011 or email-us at info@culinary-convenience.com.  Please provide your name and reference number.  Our customer service department will provide you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must accompany any returned items.

 

Returned items are subject to a 25-30% restocking fee.  All shipping and insurance costs of the original order, the returned item(s), and any exchanged item(s), are the responsibility of the customer.  These costs apply unless the item is damaged or defective, or you received the item in error (please see warranty policy). 

 

We cannot issue a refund for the return of certain items, including the following:

-Any item that has been used.

-Any item that is not in its original condition.

-Any item that is missing the original box, packaging materials, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).  

-Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

-NO RETURNS ON ANY CUSTOM ITEMS.

-NO RETURNS ON ANY SALE ITEMS.
